This nonprofit needed help connecting people to their cause. Vita Nova offers a safe bridge to independence for former foster care and other homeless youth. We set out to capture these stories of survival. We see where they are, how they survive each day, what they wish for and dream of. Real, raw, authentic shots carry this piece. 

We start and end the story with a starfish. If you see a starfish, you throw it back into the water. And you make a difference for that one. Vita Nova does this for homeless youth - puts each one back into a life that they can thrive in.
